2- SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

3- GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1. 3.4. The seller may supply a different product of equal quality and price to the buyer before the contractual performance obligation expires, provided that it is justified.
3.5. If the seller fails to fulfill the contractual obligations in the event that the fulfillment of the product or service subject to the order becomes impossible, the seller notifies the consumer before the contractual performance obligation expires and may supply the buyer with a different product of equal quality and price.
4- PROPERTIES OF THE GOODS / SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

5- CASH PRICE OF GOODS / SERVICES

6- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 3 days for second-hand products and 14 (fourteen) days for new products from the delivery of the contractual goods/service to him or the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified by e-mail within the same period and the goods/service must not be used and the package is not damaged, and the packaging of underwear products must not be opened. If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice for the goods/services delivered to the third party or buyer. The cost of the goods/services is returned to the buyer within 14 days following the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal, and the goods/services are returned within 20 (twenty) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned to the buyer. The delivery cost of the returned goods/service due to the right of withdrawal is paid by the seller.
7- GOODS / SERVICES THAT CANNOT BE USED TO WITHDRAWAL
Goods/services that cannot be returned by nature, goods/services that deteriorate rapidly and expire, disposable goods/services are products that require hygiene rules. In addition, in order to use the right of withdrawal in all kinds of clothing, health, and cosmetic materials, the packaging of the goods/services must be unopened, intact, and not used.
In purchases made with the payment method on delivery, if the right of withdrawal is exercised after the order has been delivered to the cargo, the buyer will pay for the round-trip shipping costs in the amounts declared by the seller on the website and the return shipping commission charges.
8- DEFAULT AND LEGAL RESULTS
